Victor Vetterlein, RA
I am a New York and Pennsylvania registered architect. I want to offer you my services in architecture and interior design should you need a creative and hard-working provider. I also have formal training and professional experience in construction management.
I received a Master in Architecture degree with honors from the University of Washington in Seattle in 1997, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University in 1994. I have worked in New York City for over 20 years designing and building residential and commercial projects. My specialty is helping residential clients design and build their dream homes.

We are a team that works well together and values premium service to our clients through good communication and planning. As an organized group where each individual has their strengths, we are very good at architecture/interior design, drawing/specification development, building/zoning code implementation, and construction technology/management.
Services
We begin every architectural project with a client interview to have a thorough understanding of your needs and preferences. Then, we work closely with you as a team partner during Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding, and Construction Administration.
Construction Management is also a service we provide to our clients if needed. Our business is registered/insured as a Home Improvement Contractor and we have many years of experience building high-quality projects at the best price possible. We pride ourselves in being a premium design/build business and we firmly believe that it is a benefit to you that we are involved in a project from the beginning to the end.
There are two ways that we bill our clients for our services. We bill for our work either hourly, with a cap rate per phase, or we use a flat fee that is based on a percentage of the overall construction costs for basic services of a project.

Design is our passion and we begin each project by understanding your needs to develop a project that exceeds your expectations and at the same time stays within your schedule and budget. We treat every project with great enthusiasm regardless of the size or budget.
Our minimal design approach focuses on elegance and comfort. We take great pleasure in suggesting wood, stone, fabrics, color palettes, furnishings, lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and artwork to enhance our project designs.
